Event Planning Forms
These forms are found in the officer toolbox should be filled out and submitted 30 days before any event that meets the criteria. There are five criteria for when you need to submit a form. They are:
  1. Alcohol will be present.
  2. Attendance will be in excess of 3 times the chapter membership (including chapter members).
  3. The event is equal to or greater than 10 miles from the chapter house.
  4. Contract(s) must be signed with an outside company or group (including IFC and/or university/college).
  5. The event is co-sponsored by another fraternity/sorority (mixers, date dashes, etc.)

Sometimes (especially with mixers) events are not planned 30 days in advance, but it is always better to turn in a form late then to not turn in a form at all.
